Additionally featured is a separate family room with a sleeper sofa and TV for the 8th guest. We have a privately fenced back yard with outdoor tables, chairs and grill. This is all off the Linkside golf course within walking distance to a large pool and kiddie pool. This property is located on the bayside of the resort, which offers immediate access to golfing and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. We also provide two coaster bicycles for riding miles of paved streets and trail. We have available for renting a golf cart which you may add to your reservation, as a golf cart is a great way to get around this 2400 acre resort. (Golf carts may only be obtained from authorized Sandestin owners.)

The Resort is a gated, exclusive, and family vacation spot! You get it all, white sandy beaches, the bay, the lakes, exciting Baytown Village with its restaurants, live entertainment and activities and very exclusive Marina at the Wharf, swimming pool, lighted walking and biking trails, shopping, ice-cream parlors, Jolee Island playland for kids etc. There is something for every one of all ages from family movies on the green to concerts and nightlife of dancing and family fun. You can play on the beach all day and then party at the Village all night.
