Our condo features a child resistant fenced swimming pool only a few feet from our deck.

We are just a couple of miles west of the Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall (one of the largest outlet's in the US) and a few miles East of the Destin Mall; where shopping is nearly unlimited with great prices and variety. You are only four miles from the Sandestin Baytowne Wharf Village where you'll have all those fabulous restaurants, bars and shops to choose from each day, there's the outdoor "Movies on the Green” during the summer and live concerts, bands and entertainment with a nightlife to top off the end of your day. There's something for all ages here.

If deep-sea fishing is your thing, the famous Destin fishing fleet is just a couple of miles down the road. Also nearby are several championship golf courses such as Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Sandestin host 4 Golf Courses.
